1. Order Cancellation
a. Standard Products
- Orders for standard (non-custom) products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
b. Custom / Made-to-Order Products
- Orders for custom, personalized, or 3D printed products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
2. Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
b. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Products returned without original packaging
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
